Frederick Forsyth
Frederick Forsyth was a former RAF pilot and investigative journalist. He is credited with defining the modern thriller with his novel The Day of the Jackal, which Lee Child described as “the book that broke the mould” for its fast-paced storytelling, realistic detail, and unique insider information.
Forsyth went on to write thirteen bestselling novels:
