Sabina Brennan (Author)

Sabina Brennan (PhD., C.Psychol., PsSI) is a health psychologist, neuroscientist, and author of four Irish Times bestsellers:

  • 100 Days to a Younger Brain (2019)
  • Beating Brain Fog (2021)
  • The Neuroscience of Manifesting (2024)
  • Still Me - A neuroscientist’s guide to caring for someone with dementia

Brennan directed a dementia research program at Trinity College Dublin for several years and is a passionate advocate for people with neurological conditions and their carers. She serves on several advocacy and advisory committees, including The All Party Parliamentary Group on Longevity in the United Kingdom.

Sabina is on a mission to help people understand how their brain works so they can better understand themselves. Now a full-time writer and motivational speaker, Sabina relocated from her native Dublin to Ireland’s lake district, where she lives with her husband and three dogs.
