Dr Julie Smith is a clinical psychologist with over a decade of professional experience. She is also an online educator and content creator with a combined following of more than 7 million. Julie launched her TikTok account to make good-quality mental health resources more accessible; her online posts have amassed more than 20 million likes. She has appeared on ITV’s This Morning, Lorraine, Radio 1 Life Hacks, Radio 5 Live, and in The Observer, The Mail on Sunday and The Daily Telegraph, amongst many others.
