About The Author
Dr Becky Kennedy
Dr. Becky Kennedy received a BA in Psychology and Human Development from Duke University and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. Along with private clients, she runs ongoing parenting groups and workshops at various firms and organisations, such as Morgan Stanley, Google, Blackrock and Pfizer. She writes about parenting ideas for various publications and has been interviewed about parenting on The Today Show, Good Morning America and NBC NOW. She is married and lives in NYC, with her three children, ages three, six and nine.
