Dianne O’Brien (Auntie Di)

Dianne O’Brien, known affectionately as Auntie Di, is the current Chairperson of Mingaletta Corporation, a vital hub for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. In 2017, her dedication and contribution were recognised when she was named ‘NSW Grandparent of the Year’.

Auntie Di has a distinguished career, having held numerous senior positions within government organisations. Her experience also extends to the legal sector and as a drug and alcohol counsellor. She resides on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia.
