Dr. Dai Dao Nghiem is the Director of the Division of Transplantation and Professor of Surgery and Transplantation at Allegheny General Hospital and Drexel University School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Transplant Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, American Society for Artificial Internal Organs, The Transplantation Society, American Society of Transplant Physicians, and the European Society for Organ Transplantation. His major areas of research include clinical aspects of liver and pancreas pathology; clinical transplantation and organ preservation of the kidney, liver and pancreas; and transplantation biology.
