Critics Review

“Grazie mille! The beloved Toronto restaurants have opened up their kitchens to dish out the step-by-step way to make all of their greatest hits: Gnocchi alla Simmi, salsiccia, that legendary panettone. Woven throughout are stories from this Italian institution, founded in 1992 and delighting the city’s palate ever since.” — Toronto Star
