About The Author

Clodagh McKenna

Clodagh McKenna is a chef, author, and TV presenter. She is a resident chef on ITV’s This Morning and has appeared on The Marilyn Denis Show in Canada and The Today Show in the USA. Clodagh is the author of several bestselling cookbooks.

She is passionate about the planet and living well, finding inspiration at her sustainable homestead in Hampshire, UK. There, she cultivates a variety of fruits and vegetables, keeps hens, and uses her homegrown produce in her simple, speedy recipes.

Clodagh also runs Broadspear, her 100-acre sustainable farm in the English countryside, which she and her husband Harry have transformed into a thriving, regenerative smallholding. They have restored an eighteenth-century walled garden, planted an orchard, established beehives, created wildflower meadows and cutting gardens, and built a pickling and fermenting shed. The farm is also home to their hens, ducks, woodland pigs, and Aberdeen Angus cattle, all of which provide inspiration and ingredients for her seasonal recipes, entertaining ideas, and homegrown lifestyle. Her TV show, Clodagh Cooking at Home, airs on ITV.
