Chris Carter
Chris Carter was born in Brazil to Italian parents. He studied psychology and criminal behavior at the University of Michigan. Carter was a member of the Michigan State District Attorney’s Criminal Psychology team, where he interviewed and studied numerous criminals, including serial and multiple homicide offenders serving life sentences. He currently resides in London.
