Renato Viola is the co-founder and head chef of Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza, a celebrated pizzeria based in Miami. His passion for pizza-making began in his childhood kitchen, where he honed his skills under the guidance of his mother and grandmother. This early inspiration sparked a lifelong journey that would lead him to join the prestigious Italian Pizza Acrobatic Team and become a celebrated figure in the pizza-making world.

Chef Renato’s career took him across Europe, where he earned numerous accolades, including the coveted title of “Best Pizza” at the Pizza World Championship for his iconic Star Luca pizza. He also holds a Guinness World Record for creating the “Most Expensive Pizza in the World” and was recognized as one of the “Top 50 Executives” in the Top 100 Movers & Shakers by Pizza Marketplace.

Born in Southern Italy, Chef Renato eventually brought his talents to the United States, where he co-founded Mister O1. The restaurant has quickly gained a reputation for its creative, high-quality pizzas, expanding to over 20 locations across the country, including south and central Florida, central Florida, Naples, Florida, and Dallas Texas.

Mister O1 has received numerous accolades, including being named the “Best Pizza in Florida” by Food & Wine Magazine and earning a spot on the Michelin Guide’s recommended list. The pizzeria was also recognized as “Best Pizza” by the Miami New Times for three consecutive years.
