Lost Days of Love in a Zombie Apocalypse

Dan comes to Coutts Island to stay with his aunt while he is on assignment for a travel magazine. He becomes trapped on the island as an unknown virus ravages in Europe and spreads around the world. As he makes friends on the island, he meets Mini and her speakeasy. He is swept up in helping the island prepare for the impending zombie invasion and falls for the radiant Mini. As his New England roots clash with Mini’s southern culture, she finds a sympathetic financier, Riley, who charms her away from Dan. As Dan wonders what has happened he turns to his colleague, Cassie, who understands the tribulations of what Dan is experiencing. In so doing, they discover they have so much more in common than they thought. The constant threat of zombies helps drive Dan and Cassie into some unusual and dangerous adventures. In the end, the zombies make their way Coutts in a storm, which upsets the balance of the island including Mini personally losing Riley in a moment of betrayal. The aftermath Dan is left asking whether he still loves Mini or whether his new found friend Cassie can be much more.
