About The Author
Bopaya Bidanda
Bopaya M. Bidanda is the Ernest Roth Professor and former chair of the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh, PA. He is the Immediate Past-President of the Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers (IISE). He was previously a Commissioner with the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC of ABET) and currently serves on ABET Board of Delegates. He has also consulted with a broad range of industries across the world. His research focuses on manufacturing systems, reverse engineering and rapid prototyping, and project management. Bidanda has published 12 books and over 100 papers in international journals and conference proceedings.
