DR BERNARD WILKIN is a Belgian historian specialising in the history of modern warfare. He was previously lecturer at the University of Exeter and works now at the State Archives of Belgium. He is the author of thirteen books and several articles on warfare and the French army.
RENÉ WILKIN is a historian from Liège. He is the co-author of several books including Fighting for Napoleon and Fighting the British.
