About The Author
Ben Wilgus
Benjamin Alison Wilgus is a writer and cartoonist with over a decade of experience in the comics industry. He studied at the Tisch School for the Arts, completing the Undergraduate Film and Television program.
Wilgus began his career at Cartoon Network, where he worked as a colorist and staff writer for “Codename: Kids Next Door.” He honed his skills in comic book writing with projects for Avatar: The Last Airbender, including Zuko’s Story and several shorts featured in The Lost Adventures.
His subsequent professional work has primarily focused on writing for comics. His writing has been published by Scholastic, Del Rey, DC, Nickelodeon Magazine, Dark Horse, Tor, and First Second Books, with an upcoming title from Random House Graphic. His most recent work is The Mars Challenge, illustrated by Wyeth Yates.
