Anthony Sharwood (Author)
Anthony Sharwood is a bestselling author and Walkley Award-winning journalist. In 2020, he released the acclaimed From Snow to Ash, a love letter to the Australian High Country written after walking the Australian Alps Walking Track. In 2021, he explored the passionate environmental and cultural battle over Australia’s wild horses in The Brumby Wars. In 2025, Kosciuszko won third place in the Polish Government’s inaugural Best History Book competition.
Anna Langford (Author)
Anna Langford is a climate justice campaigner at Friends of the Earth Melbourne (FoE). She has been part of FoE since she was 16, when she joined the successful campaign to ban fracking and onshore gas in Victoria. Since then she has been involved in many campaigns at FoE, including coordinating the People’s Climate Strategy for Victoria and Climate Impacts at Work projects. Anna is also a passionate union activist and has been involved in the union movement since 2018 when she was part of securing an early victory in the campaign against wage theft. When she clocks off she enjoys backcountry skiing, hiking, reading, cooking, and maintaining a partially successful veggie garden.
