Critics Review
“This book is an engaging, clear, comprehensive course in economics that will give managers the key insights used every day by professional economists. For the average layperson interested in economics, this book is important. For the manager who wants their firm to thrive in an uncertain world, this book is essential. This is the best book on managerial economics I have ever read.” SAM BOWMAN, Director of Competition Policy, International Centre for Law and Economics; “The perfect way for busy people to understand how markets function, how they can be used to help managerial decision making, and how economic policy impacts corporate performance. Evans provides an excellent overview of the key debates in economic theory and leaves the reader enlightened, rather than frustrated. Highly recommended.” ALLISTER HEATH, Editor, The Sunday Telegraph
