About The Author
Anna Kim
Anna Kim grew up in South Korea, where families gather on Children’s Day to honor children as the leaders of tomorrow. When her family moved to America, they owned a small corner deli with the most diverse menu in the neighborhood, and Anna set out to help children fulfill the promise of Children’s Day. Anna is the author of Danbi Leads the School Parade, which won an Asian Pacific American Honor Award for literature, and lives in New York City.
