Anita H. Chen, M.D., is a urogynecologist and reconstructive pelvic surgeon at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla. Dr. Chen is board-certified in obstetrics and urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery.

Paul D. Pettit, M.D., is an emeritus gynecologic surgeon at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla., where he practiced for 35 years. Dr. Pettit is board-certified in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery. He initiated development of the Gynecologic Continence Program at Mayo Clinic in Florida.
