About The Author

Andrew Gardner

Dr. Joel “Gator” Warsh is a board-certified pediatrician who specializes in parenting, wellness, and integrative medicine. He grew up in Toronto. He completed his Pediatric Medicine training at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and currently runs Integrative Pediatrics and Medicine Studio City. He is also the founder of the parenting Masterclass series Raising Amazing.

Andrew Gardner is the husband of actress Daniella Monet and father to two children. He is a CPA, sales whizz, founder of DREW Coffee, influencer, and former co-host of the podcast Adulting Like a Mother Father (focused on all things adulting).

David Cooper is a multi-media artist and muralist. His work has appeared on book covers and ad campaigns, and in editorial publications such as the New York Times, Print Magazine, and POZ Magazine. He has painted large-scale murals at Miami Art Basel, in Brooklyn, and he has been exhibited at The New York Society of Illustrators.
