She is also the co-author of a weekly pop culture newsletter, Saved for Later. Alyx is a frequent guest across the ABC’s radio network, and has worked as a moderator and panelist for Sydney Writers’ Festival, Vivid Ideas, the Powerhouse, design conference Semi-Permanent and more. Alyx holds a bachelor of social sciences from the University of Sydney, where she majored in Political Economy. She won the university’s John Kenneth Galbraith Prize for Economics in 2008.
