Alyson Gurney
Alyson Gurney is a 23-year-old Washington D.C.-based artist and the creator of Little Felted Friends. What began as a personal project, sculpting a miniature version of her dog, Drift, quickly evolved into a full-time career when her online posts of hand-felted animal replicas went viral.
Gurney now handmakes these miniature felted animals for customers and fans worldwide. Her work has garnered attention from celebrities such as Kelly Clarkson, Paris Hilton, and Michael Strahan, and she has been featured on various media outlets including The Kelly Clarkson Show, Bored Panda, The Daily Mail, and FOX News. Gurney is a graduate of The Savannah College of Art and Design.
