While certain to be an immediate and enduringly popular addition to family and community library cookbook collections” (The Midwest Book Review) “Even though we all love to cook, sometimes we need a dish that almost puts itself together and many of these recipes do just that. Package this book up with a nice bottle of olive oil the next time you are invited to someone’s home for dinner - it makes the perfect gift.” (Eat Your Books) “The Pasta Friday Cookbook: Let’s Eat Together is a collection of those 52 pasta recipes and 16 salads, arranged by season, as well as tips on how to build community with your own gathering.” (Berkeleyside) “Good food is supposed to bring people together, but the idea of entertaining fills many of us with anxiety. It doesn’t have to, says Allison Arevalo … the secret to that no anxiety thing? Arevalo divulges eight important tips, which include knowing your limits, keeping it casual, and feeding the kids first.” (The Mercury News) “Not just any pasta. A different dish every time. Cannelloni with Swiss Chard, Ricotta, and Bechamel. Spaghettoni with Red Pesto, Peas, and Burrata. Filei (short, hollow tube pasta) with Wild Mushroom, Lemon, and Garlic.” (Edible East Bay) “Radiatore with Crispy Chicken, Carrots, and Sage is one of the recipes you should be cooking this October.” (Sunset Magazine) “Turn strangers into friends by simply sharing a warm bowl of spaghetti and meatballs together.
