Ali Walker
Dr. Ali Walker’s fascination with group dynamics and human behaviour began in childhood, influenced by her upbringing as one of five children. Initially pursuing a career as a criminal lawyer, Ali later earned a PhD in group dynamics from the Australian National University.
Ali is a mediator and the founder of Ality, a company specializing in personality assessments and wellbeing platforms designed to illuminate how individuals connect with others and their core motivational drivers. Throughout her career, she has delivered leadership programs and workshops to over 100,000 individuals across a diverse range of organizations, including multinational corporations, government departments, non-profit organizations, universities, schools, hospitals, corrective services, and juvenile justice facilities.
She is also the author of “Get Conscious: How to stop overthinking and come alive.”
Ali resides in Sydney with her husband, two sons, and their groodle. She identifies as a Light type, characterized by high frequency and high intensity.
