About The Author
Alexander Rozental
Alexander Rozental is a licensed clinical psychologist in Sweden with a private practice in Uppsala. He treats patients dealing with depression, procrastination, perfectionism, anxiety disorders, and stress-related issues.
Dr. Rozental is currently a professor at Lulea University of Technology and is affiliated with research at Karolinska Institute. He has also held the position of honorary associate professor at the Great Ormond Street Hospital Institute of Child Health at UCL.
With over one hundred publications in international peer-reviewed journals, he is also the editor-in-chief for the scientific journal Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. He has authored three Swedish self-help books focused on procrastination, goal-setting, and perfectionism.
