Raymond Chip Tafrate, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist and Professor in the Criminology and Criminal Justice Department at Central Connecticut State University. He frequently consults with criminal justice agencies and has trained thousands of professionals to work more effectively with adolescents and adults with difficult-to-change problems such as alcohol and drug dependence, anger regulation difficulties, and persistent criminal behavior.
