About The Author

Kach Medina Umandap

Kach Medina Umandap is the first and youngest Filipino to visit all 193 UN member countries using solely a Philippine passport, achieving this feat in January 2025 at the age of thirty-six. She is also the co-founder of platforms where she shares insights on travel, visas, and remote work. Additionally, Kach serves as the ambassador for the global community of Filipino World Travelers (FWT).

A global mobility advocate and digital nomad with bases in Dubai, Palawan, and Montenegro, she champions the belief that mobility equals opportunity. Through her work, she advocates for a future where one’s birthplace does not restrict access to travel, work, and global opportunities, with a particular focus on individuals from the Global South.

Kach has received recognition from the President of the Philippines, and her inspiring journey has been featured in prominent media outlets such as The New York Times, BBC, TIME, and Forbes.
