Gemma Ogston is a plant-based chef and mum of two with her own company Gem’s Wholesome Kitchen based in Brighton. She works regularly with Soho House Brighton, has appeared on Saturday Kitchen and runs Gem’s Community Kitchen, creating low cost, energy saving recipes as well as workshops for local schools.
