About The Author

Tamar Rothenberg MS, RDN

TAMAR ROTHENBERG, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist who specializes in working with breast cancer patients. She holds a Certificate of Training in Vegetarian Nutrition from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, is an adjunct professor of nutrition at Touro College, and founded the private practice group Nutrition Nom Nom. Additionally, Tamar co-facilitated the study Coping with Cancer in the Kitchen through the Cancer Support Community of Los Angeles.
