Eli Harwood
Eli Harwood, MA, LPC is a licensed therapist, best-selling author, and highly sought-after educator with over 17 years of experience helping individuals process relational traumas and develop secure connections with their children. Her mission is to make the world a better place, one relationship at a time.
In addition to her clinical work, Eli offers online courses and in-person retreats focused on understanding attachment styles and building stronger bonds. She has also served as a faculty member at The Denver Family Institute.
Eli is the author of Securely Attached. She is a mother of three, wife to one, and proud owner of two cats and an extraordinary number of plants.
