Critics Review

American Farm Bureau Foundation for Education Recommended Book

“This in-depth look at the popcorn-growing process will spark the interest of snack fans of all ages. The photographs…will be helpful especially for readers unfamiliar with farm equipment. This look at popcorn production will appeal to readers interested in food, farming, or science, and to educators.” - School Library Journal

“The subtitle says it all. Big, bright color photographs nicely complement the informative text… (a) particularly clear explanation of the physics of popcorn is a highlight. The photographs, laid out in a pleasantly varied design, present a diverse cast of smiling children enjoying popcorn. Solid information and much food for thought.” -Kirkus Reviews
