Warren A. Trest
WARREN A. TREST is a former United States Air Force senior historian. He served as a combat reporter and air power historian during the Korean and Vietnam Wars and the Cold War. While reporting on the Korean War with the Third Infantry Division, he was awarded a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star. Over his distinguished career of more than thirty years as a military historian, he has authored and coauthored over 50 histories and studies.
