About The Author
Sharon Ricardi
Sharon Ricardi has over 30 years of experience in the field of health care and senior care, specializing in Alzheimer’s disease. She was the Executive Director of Middlesex Visiting Nurse Association followed by a stint as Executive Director of an assisted living community in Framingham, MA. She was also the Regional Director of Operations for Benchmark Senior Living, the National Director of Memory Care for Newton Senior Living, and then finally, became the president of a division of The Northbridge Companies, called Northbridge Advisory Services, where my staff and I travel to clients nationally, and advise them on operational issues, especially focusing on memory care. She has given many talks and been a featured panelist and speaker at such national trade conferences.
