Al Ewing
Al Ewing is a celebrated writer who began his career in the British anthology 2000 AD. Since entering the American comics scene, he has penned Jennifer Blood and its spin-off series The Ninjettes for Dynamite Entertainment, as well as the Age of Ultron tie-in issues of Avengers Assemble for Marvel Comics.
Ewing is also the author of novels such as the Pax Britannia series and The Fictional Man. At Marvel, he collaborated with artist Greg Land to relaunch Mighty Avengers and, for All-New Marvel NOW!, brought a new direction to the god of mischief in Loki: Agent of Asgard. He went on to revamp New Avengers and Ultimates, debut U.S.Avengers, and joined the writing team for the impactful “No Surrender” storyline in Avengers, which saw the return of the Hulk. His subsequent work includes Valkyrie, Guardians of the Galaxy, Defenders, the event series Empyre, and the critically acclaimed Immortal Hulk. Ewing has also made a significant contribution to the Krakoan era of X-Men titles with S.W.O.R.D. and X-Men: Red.
Ram V is an Eisner-nominated, award-winning author and creator of comics and graphic novels, including GRAFITY’S WALL, THESE SAVAGE SHORES, THE MANY DEATHS OF LAILA STARR, and the Eisner-winning BLUE IN GREEN. His Marvel tenure began with a notable collaboration on VENOM, co-writing with Al Ewing and featuring art by Bryan Hitch.
Bryan Hitch is one of comics’ premier artists, renowned for his dynamic and detailed artwork, most famously on The Authority and JLA. His extensive credits include Marvel’s Sensational She-Hulk and X-Men; Marvel UK’s Action Force, Doctor Who, Mys-Tech Wars, and Death’s Head; DC’s Superman; and Image’s Stormwatch. Hitch’s collaborations with writer Mark Millar on The Ultimates, Ultimates 2, and Fantastic Four solidified his status as a comics superstar. He continued to build his reputation on titles such as Captain America: Reborn, Age of Ultron, and Venom. Hitch has also contributed character designs for the animated films Ultimate Avengers and Ultimate Avengers 2, and the video game Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction.
