Kevin invites you on a personal journey of lived experiences through the interconnectedness and ultimate humanity of chai.”—Asha Gomez, chef and James Beard-nominated author “A meditation, a thoughtful survey, and a beautiful offering to the culture of chai all rolled into one. I learned just as much from Kevin’s prose as I did from his expansive recipes that stretch this beautiful drink’s journey across the world.” —Sana Javeri Kadri, CEO and Founder of Diaspora Co. Spices “Kevin Wilson’s ability to extract beautiful flavors from tea is only rivaled by his ability to extract beautiful meaning from life. The Way of Chai is a masterpiece; it will challenge you to expand your taste for the simple and the sacred. This is a must-read book.” —Garrison Hayes, filmmaker, author and founder of Kindred Media
