Brishen Rogers

Brishen Rogers is a Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center. His recent scholarship has been published in leading law reviews including the Yale Law Journal, Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, and the Texas Law Review. He has also written for the Boston Review, the New York Times, and Onlabor.org. Professor Rogers’ scholarship has also been cited in landmark decisions by the California Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
