Alex Kirk (Author)
Alex Kirk grew up in the seaside town of Cleethorpes, which boasts brilliant beaches and the best fish and chips in the entire world. He has had a varied career, working in a fish finger factory, as a plumber, a gardener, and an English teacher. For the past twenty-five years, he has worked as a screenwriter, actor, and comedian. Alex has written comedy shows for both radio and television, and was part of the writing team behind the successful films Paddington 2 and Wonka. As an actor, he has appeared in numerous TV productions, including My Family, Fresh Meat, The Detectorists, and Coronation Street.
He currently lives in London with his family and a cat named Jonesey. His first book is titled ROBOTS STOLE MY MUM!

As a young boy, Tim Wesson loved climbing trees and drawing pictures of dogs in cars. This blend of fun, freedom, and art led him to a career as a globally published children’s illustrator. He has illustrated and authored books in a wide range of formats. Tim’s illustrations are characterized by their humor, doodles, and engaging characters.
