Sam Copeland

Sam Copeland is an author, a fact that still surprises him. He hails from Manchester and currently resides in London with his wife, two cats, and three children.

He is the author of the bestselling Charlie Changes Into a Chicken series, the first book of which was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children’s Book Prize. His other works include Uma and the Answer to Absolutely Everything and Greta and the Ghost Hunters. He has also collaborated with Jenny Pearson on Tuchus & Topps Investigate: The Underpants of Chaos and Tuchus & Topps Investigate: The Attack of the Robot Librarians.

Despite facing legal threats, he remains committed to his writing.

Sarah Horne has been an illustrator for over fifteen years. She began her career working for newspapers like The Guardian and The Independent On Sunday, and has since illustrated numerous humorous young fiction titles. Sarah works traditionally using a dip pen and Indian ink, finishing her pieces digitally.
