Professor Jennie Brand-Miller is an internationally recognised authority on carbohydrates and health. She is Professor of Human Nutrition at the University of Sydney.
Kaye Foster-Powell is an accredited practising dietitian, providing consultancy on all aspects of the glycemic index. Together they have authored 12 titles in the worldwide bestselling New Glucose Revolution series.
