Regarded by many as the greatest composer of Electronic music of all time, Vangelis has written and created many timeless film and television scores as well as releasing numerous successful solo albums. His work includes the critically acclaimed soundtrack to Ridley Scott’s 1982 film Blade Runner, Oliver Stone’s Alexander, 1492: Conquest of Paradise; and the Oscar winning Chariots Of Fire which has recently seen success as a London stage show. This compilation contains some of the very best tracks from Vangelis’ impressive repertoire for the first time on one CD.
