Bloodied and traumatised, Sarah Carter (Shauna Macdonald) emerges alone from the caving trip where she encountered unspeakable terrors. Unable to explain what happened to the authorities, she is forced back underground as part of a desperate search for her five missing friends. As they move deeper into the uncharted caverns, Sarah's memory begins to return as well as the evil she tried so hard to forget.
