Nothing Trivial: Season 2

  • DVD
    $29.87
ANNOTATION:
Nothing Trivial is a warmly comic drama series based around a pub quiz team of five friends. While season one was about being single in your 30s and early 40s or starting out over again, season two is about how to be in a committed relationship - and whether it's possible to change the patterns and habits of a lifetime... Brian the inveterate ‘root rat', has found love, but being in a long-term relationship is a much harder ask. Can he change, and can Emma trust that he's changed? - especially when they face the ultimate test of commitment. Catherine also has to face the fact that she's never committed to anyone, and how well does she really know Jules? And when is she going to take the ultimate step and fight for what she really wants? Mac has to try and move forward while dragging all that baggage from the past - problems with his family and battles with his ex-wife, Jo. He also starts to question what's really important in his life, morally and ethically. Michelle has taken a vow to be good and no longer bitter and angry, but her faith is soon sorely tested. And when Michelle finally meets a man who could be right for her, can she overcome her own cynicism about human nature, or will she ruin a good thing?
