Great sharpener — easy to use and makes a huge instant difference. According to Global Knives themselves, you can’t sharpen/hone their knives using a normal ‘steel’, as Global blades are too delicate compared with European knives (which I learned too late, of course). Rectified the situation with this sharpener, and they’re back to razor blades again :-)16 Sep, 2021
