Niulife Coconut MCT Plus+ Clarity - 500mL

Niulife Coconut Clarity is a unique formulation based on the work of Dr Mary Newport, famous for her work in coconut oil, ketones and Alzheimer's. It is developed as a means to nourish insulin-resistant brain cells. Damaged brain cells struggle to use glucose but they can still use fat for energy, and especially the Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) found in coconut oil.

Coconut clarity is a combination of MCT oil, coconut oil, chia oil, flax oil and other foods rich in Omega 3. Together, the oils act to create energy and clarity of mind by reviving damaged brain cells with ketones instead of glucose. This oil has a subtle taste and can easily be added in cooking, baking or as a dressing.

Recommended Dose: 6 teaspoons per day, best taken before meals (2 teaspoons before each 3 daily meal). If you experience digestive issues, try starting off with a smaller dose and work your way up to the recommended dose.
