Dusit Niyato is a professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Walid Saad is an associate professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech and a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
