Hailing from Northern Virginia, Yasmin Angoe is a first-generation Ghanaian American who grew up in two cultural worlds. She is a former middle and high school English teacher and instructional coach for virtual teachers. Besides eventually fulfilling her childhood dream of becoming a published writer, she enjoys working with other writers as a development editor and book coach. Yasmin lives in South Carolina with her husband and their children.
