Xochitl Dixon
Xochitl (So-Cheel) Dixon is the author of the picture books Different Like Me, What Color Is God’s Love?, and Wonderfully, Marvelously Brown. She also contributes custom designs at Worship Expressed and through the ministries of Our Daily Bread. Her adult devotionals include Waiting for God—Trusting Daily in God’s Plan and Pace and the ECPA bestseller God Hears Her. Xochitl serves God with her beautifully diverse family and her service dog, Callie. She loves Jesus, her neighbors, and readers like you.
Sara Palacios is the recipient of the Pura Belpre Honor Award for her work on Marisol McDonald Doesn’t Match and has illustrated many picture books for children. Sara earned her BFA and MFA degrees in illustration from the Academy of Art University. She lives in San Francisco with her husband.
