The Live Better Journal provides you with a complete guide to overall optimal health. The journal provides you with some great resources to help you reach your goals. I loved the sample menus, grocery lists and the blank pages in each section that allows you to journal in each section. The author is extremely knowledgeable. This is a great journal and is a must have!!!!
