About The Author
Windy Dryden
Windy Dryden is a leading UK practitioner and trainer in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). He is best known for his work in Rational-Emotive Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (RECBT). He has worked in counselling and psychotherapy since 1975 and was one of the first in Britain trained in CBT.
He has published over 200 books and trained therapists worldwide, including in the UK, USA, South Africa, Turkey and Israel.
He is Emeritus Professor of Psychotherapeutic Studies at Goldsmiths University of London.
