William Webster

William Webster is a barrister at 3 Paper Buildings, practising in land and planning law. He is the author of Renewable Energy from Wind and Solar Power: Law and Regulation (2021) and co-author of Restrictions on the Use of Land – 2ed (2024).

Robert Weatherley is a barrister at 3 Paper Buildings, and practises in property and planning law. He is co-author of Restrictions on the Use of Land – 2ed (2024) and taught at the University of Warwick between 2012 and 2024.
