Vidette Todaro-Franceschi, RN, PhD, FT is a Professor of nursing at The City University of New York College of Staten Island. She has taught courses in both graduate and undergraduate programs, on end-of-life care, care of acute and critically ill adults, bioethics, clinical specialist-adult health, pharmacology, professional issues, leadership, and nursing theory. She has particular interest and expertise in work contentment, self-care, compassion fatigue, and burnout, especially as it pertains to nursing.
